All dinner fees include the taxes and gratuities and since this fee goes directly to the Fairmont Orchid for their expenses, the dinner fees are not tax-deductible.  The Foundation does not receive funds from the cost of the dinners. If you wish to add a donation amount, which is tax-deductible, there is a line for you to do so.
