Welcome to the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation. The 20th Annual Awards Dinner and Fundraiser will be held at the Fairmont Orchid on September 2nd, 2017.

This is usually a sold out event so please book your dinners early.
Registration will close on August 29th for the September 2nd event.
You will automatically receive your reservation confirmation on-line.
By providing your secure credit card payment, you will automatically be registered for any items that you wish to purchase at our enormous silent auction and live equipment auction.
The Silent Auction will start at 4:30 PM and the Awards Dinner will start promptly at 6:00 PM.
Music will be provided by Dennis Pascubillo
The Awards Dinner and Program will end at 9:00 PM and Silent Auction items will be available for pickup at this time.
The Dance Band Vizion 20/20 will provide outstanding dance music from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM
Parking is complimentary - if you utilize Valet Service we ask that you consider a gratuity.
A special room rate is available for the three day weekend for $195.00 per night by mentioning the group booking under the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation.
