Welcome to the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation.  The 21st Annual Awards Dinner and Fundraiser will be held at the Fairmont Orchid on September 1st, 2018.

This is usually a sold out event so please book your dinners early.

Registration will close on August 29th for the September 1st event.

You will automatically receive your reservation confirmation on-line.

By providing your secure credit card payment, you will automatically be registered for any items that you wish to purchase at our enormous silent auction and live equipment auction.

21st Annual Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation Awards Dinner

The Silent Auction will start at 4:30 PM and the Awards Dinner will start promptly at 6:00 PM.

Music will be provided by Dennis Pascubillo

The Awards Dinner and Program will end at 9:00 PM and Silent Auction items will be available for pickup at this time.

The Dance Band Vizion 20/20 will provide outstanding dance music from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM

Parking is complimentary - if you utilize Valet Service we ask that you consider a gratuity.

A special room rate is available for the four day weekend for $205.00 per night by mentioning the group booking under the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation. A $10.00 per room, per night, plus tax is not included in this room rate but covers:

• Unlimited basic internet access in guest rooms and resort public areas - wireless & wired (Fairmont's Club Members receive an upgrade to premium speed internet access). 

• Self-parking for one vehicle per room (Fairmont Gold guests receive valet parking for one vehicle per room). 

• Local, domestic long distance and 1-800 access calls from guest room. 

• In-room bottled water, refreshed daily at turndown 

• 24 hour access to the fitness center. 

• On demand shuttle transportation within the Mauna Lani Resort. 

• Snorkel equipment rental (Based on two sets per room, per day – resort use only). 

• Various Cultural Activities including, Daily Arts and Crafts, Cultural Hikes, Tide Pool and Snorkel instructions (subject to space availability). 

• 10% discount on published pricing for Fairmont Orchid Luau. 

• Bottle of water in the room upon arrival. 

• 45-minute photo shoot on the scenic grounds of the Fairmont Orchid with Pacific Dream Photography (subject to space availability).
