Welcome to the Daniel R. Sayre Memorial Foundation.

The First Annual Roundup at the Ranch- BBQ & Dance to benefit the Hawaii Island Fire Department and 9 Bravo Volunteer Fire Department will be held at Waiki'i Ranch on July 15, 2017 at the Waiki'i Ranch Clubhouse.

This event will start at 6PM and end at 10PM

Tickets are $130. per person after June 1, 2017

Seating is limited to 100 people

This is expected to be a sold out event so please book your dinners early.

You will automatically receive your reservation confirmation on-line.

By providing your secure credit card payment, you will automatically be registered for any items that you wish to purchase at our wonderful silent auction and live equipment auction.

Location: The Waiki'i Ranch Clubhouse

Kickoff will be at 6 PM and shutdown will be at 10 PM.

Profits from the event will help the Sayre Foundation provide essential equipment and training for the Hawaii Island Fire Department, including providing funding for equipment and the construction of a much-needed equipment garage for Hawaii Fire Department Volunteer Fire Company 9 Bravo.

9 Bravo, which is headquartered just off of Kawaihae Road in Waimea, supports firefighting efforts throughout the Waimea, Waiki'i Ranch, Kohala and North Kona areas.

Entertainment will be provided by Patio Productions, starring Willie-Joe Camara and Damien DeMello. Bring your dancing boots and cowboy hats!!

Come prepared to bid on wonderful live and silent auction items.

Ticket prices will be $125 per person through May 31, 2017 (increases to $130 after June 1, 2017); Seats are limited to 100 so get your tickets early!!
